Information we collect
When you visit, purchase, download, or join the Princess List, we may collect your email address, order and payment status, delivery activity, consent choices, referral source, campaign details, device information, and limited website activity. Stripe handles payment card information. Protein Princess does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
How we use information
We use necessary information to operate checkout, prevent fraud, confirm payment, deliver the ebook, provide support, process refunds, and maintain business records. We use optional marketing information only after affirmative consent. Optional analytics helps us understand website performance and improve the customer journey.
Necessary, analytics, and marketing choices
Necessary technology supports the website, checkout, and delivery. It cannot be disabled through the website. PostHog analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. Advertising pixels are not active at launch. Marketing email is optional and is separate from receipt and delivery emails.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and measures performance. Stripe processes payment. Supabase stores order, consent, and delivery records and privately stores the ebook. Resend sends transactional and consented marketing email. PostHog provides optional website analytics.
Retention and security
We keep order and payment records as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations. Consent and suppression records may be retained to honor your choices. Download links expire and the ebook is kept in private storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics, unsubscribe from marketing, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Transactional records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
